  2. Thanks for looking at my Memoir. It’s not music; but it still sings bitter-sweet in the background of my brain.
    You might be interested to know that I had a patient who was a non- notable artist…..but one of his personal friends was Jackson Pollock. Also William De Kooning, & Jerry Wexler who I also treated.

    1. You are welcome. My blog is about how jazz and my father talent to write renown arrarangements for Dizzy saved and transformed my life when I was dealing with cancer and death. My mother gave me the gift of unconventional love in a world that sometimes forgets. I am following your blog and I look forward to what will pop up in the future. Peace Out! JB

  6. I want to say a much-belated yet still-relevant “thank you” for following “A Way With Words.” My joy in writing is made more complete when people read what I’ve written (and even more when they respond).

    I write primarily about faith and mental illness, but am known to dabble in other subjects, stories, and even the occasional poem. If you have any requests, please let me know.

    I appreciate what you are doing here, highlighting quality music. While my taste runs towards country-folk, I appreciate jazz as a beautiful art form. I pray you are blessed in your life and writing, as you bless others.

    1. At first glance, you are evolving, so let your passion and curiousity be your guide. Try different literary styles, for me, most folks that read my writing say that I write with rhythm and sounds of the words till they come true from my head to the page. Feel free to ask me anything you want and continue to have conversations. The rest will follow. You are on the right wake though, just keep it up. Best wishes, JBC
